PAGE ONE GOES LIVE WHEN THE WAR HAS A DATE: THE DICEBREAKER WW3 STREAM AND THE HOUSE BOARD

House lines as of: August 27, 2026

Introduction

Capital Monsters ships with a rule already on the site: authorship is proven live. Page one gets rewritten in public. That stream has a start condition now.

The stream begins on the UTC calendar day that World War 3 is declared under the house definition below. Not the day a pundit uses the phrase. Not the day a timeline spikes. The day the resolution sources fire.

Until that day, DiceBreaker Books publishes a small geopolitical board. These are house probabilities, marked to the public tape where a tape exists, then adjusted. They are not sportsbook offers in a licensed US state unless and until a licensed partner lists them. They are the desk’s prices.

Section 1.0 — The stream pledge

On the qualifying day:

  1. Brendan A. Rogers opens a public page-1 rewrite livestream for Capital Monsters, Book One.

  2. The session starts after official confirmation of the trigger, not during breaking-alert chaos.

  3. The work shown is a rewrite of page one, on camera, no pre-tape substituted for the live pass.

  4. The stream is canon with the book. The war is not.

If no qualifying declaration occurs, the stream does not start on this trigger. Other announced dates can still exist. This pledge does not cancel them. It adds a hard external clock.

Section 2.0 — House definition: “WW3 is declared”

The house resolves Yes if any two of the following fire on the same UTC day or on consecutive UTC days:

  • A formal declaration of war, or an equivalent legal war authorization, by the United States, China, Russia, or a mutual-defense invocation by NATO that names a peer adversary.

  • Direct combat between the regular forces of two or more of: the United States, China, Russia, the United Kingdom, France—not a proxy, not a militia, not a deniable strike.

  • A naval or air blockade of Taiwan, the Strait of Hormuz, or the South China Sea that is acknowledged as such by two permanent UN Security Council members, or by a consensus of Reuters, AP, and AFP.

One viral “WW3” headline is not a declaration. A drill is not a declaration. A cyber incident is not a declaration.

House price: WW3 declared under this definition by December 31, 2026 — 6%.Same definition by December 31, 2027 — 14%.

Reason: public “great-power war in 2026” markets have sat in a rough 8–12% band depending on wording. The house definition is tighter than “three great powers fight somewhere,” so the 2026 line sits under that band. The 2027 line sits near the Taiwan-invasion-by-2027 tape, because that is the cleanest path into the definition.

Section 3.0 — Official DiceBreaker Books board (geopolitics)

Prices are implied probabilities. American money line in parentheses for readers who think in juice.

Contract

Window

House

Public tape (approx.)

Note

China commences an invasion intended to take control of inhabited Taiwan territory

by Dec 31, 2026

3.5% (−2750)

~4% Polymarket

High volume, tight No. House shades slightly lower: gray-zone is the base case, not amphibious assault.

Same invasion contract

by Dec 31, 2027

11% (−809)

~12–13%

2027 is the window analysts actually argue. Still a tail.

China imposes a recognized blockade of Taiwan

in 2026

7% (−1329)

~5–6%

House above tape. Blockade is cheaper than invasion and already rehearsed.

China–Taiwan military clash (exchange of fire, not full invasion)

before 2027

9% (−1011)

~7%

Incident risk > invasion risk.

China–Philippines military clash

before 2027

32% (+213)

~33–34%

Closest “hot” maritime contract on the public board.

China restores or tightens the suspended Oct 2025 rare-earth / magnet export-control package when the suspension window expires

by Nov 30, 2026

58% (−138)

no clean mass-market binary

April 2025 licensing already exists. Nov 10, 2026 is the known expiry of the later suspension. Selective control beats a total embargo; “tighter than today” is the Yes.

China secures additional heavy-rare-earth leverage vs. 2025 baseline (new entity-list hits on major Western RE/magnet firms, or license denial that spikes ex-China Dy/Tb/Sm another 50%+ from Aug 2026 levels, within 90 days)

by Mar 31, 2027

64% (−178)

no clean binary

This is the metals war that is already on. Invasion is the loud contract. Magnets are the live one.

Direct NATO–Russia regular-force clash

by Dec 31, 2026

18% (+456)

~27% on one year-end clash market

House below the loud tape. Clash markets over-weight headlines.

U.S. ground invasion of Iran

before 2027

14% (+614)

~17%

Air campaign ≠ invasion. House follows the stricter word.

Rare-earth context the line is using: China already licenses specified heavy RE and magnet material; a further package was announced then suspended toward a November 2026 decision; IEA has put $6.5T of downstream output at risk if full controls bind. The house is not betting “China finds a new mine.” It is betting “China keeps the tap as a weapon.”

Section 4.0 — What is not on the board

DiceBreaker Books will not list assassination attempts, successful assassinations, or “named person dies by violence” contracts.

Prediction markets already trade political violence. That does not obligate this desk to manufacture a price, a joke, or a livestream cue out of it. The stream trigger is a declared great-power war, not a killing.

Section 5.0 — How the house loses

If WW3 is declared under Section 2.0 and the livestream does not start that UTC day, the desk failed the pledge. Correction goes on this page within 24 hours, with the start time that did occur.

If a house line is marked more than 15 points off a liquid public market for seven straight days with no written rationale, the line is stale. Update or pull it.

These numbers move. A drill is not a reason to double the invasion price. A license denial on magnets is a reason to move the metals line the same day.

Close

Page one waits on a declaration, not a vibe. Taiwan is a tail. Magnets are a market. The algorithm can suggest a war. The ledger still needs two sources.

No bots on the count. No assassination tickets. When the date exists, the rewrite is live.
